COMMITTEE POSITIONS

The P&C Association are in desperate need of a Vice Treasurer and a Uniform Coordinator as Sherie Howard will be completing her term at the end of this year. We need someone to begin handover with Sherie to ensure the smooth running of the P&C Finances next year, we are hoping that we can get two new people on board to assist us fill Sherie’s very big shoes.

SKI TRIP

The P&C would like to seek parent expressions of interest for the continuation of the Ski Trip which has had a hiatus this year due to the organising teacher being away.

The P&C would like to form a parent committee to formulate a proposal and present the finalised plan to the school.

Rock & Water Workshop for parents is beginning this week on Thursday 14th May 2009.

Terry Rose a Math teacher at the school has the the relevant qualifications to teach our parents about resilence and strategies of Rock & Water to enhance our parenting.

This is a worthwhile workshop to attend and is offered to all parents.

The workshop will be at the High School Auditorium beginning at 5:30 - 6:30 on Thursday the 14th May 2009 and every Thursday following for approxiamently 6 weeks ending the 18th June.
